Invention Labs is seeking experienced and enthusiastic electronics, mechanical and software engineers to join our engineering team.

Express yourself

As an engineer working with Invention Labs, you will have extraordinary latitude in choosing your work. You will see a product through its entire product cycle. Your work will be conducted in a highly charged, small team. Working in an intense environment will groom you into an all-round leader, and we will build a team under you in a year or two.

Expand your horizons

You will be working across multiple disciplines, including electronics, mechanical and software engineering, thinking out of the box more often than not. We will invest in the best resources for you, and encourage you to learn any skills that you may find useful in the future. You will be encouraged to take responsibility for key tasks and execute it on your own.

Work hard

Working at a startup and a multi-product company, your work at Invention Labs will be very hectic. During critical times, which are frequent, you will need to work much longer hours with minimum distractions.

The ideal candidate

You need to have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering to join us. You must be very passionate about engineering in general, you must be imaginative and resourceful, and you must have built at least one device, gadget or invention on your own and out of your own interest. You must get a kick out of seeing things work, and be willing to put in the efforts to get there.
